Our Gites
The Gites at Manoir Mouret are available for rental from 1 November to 20 December 2023, from 2 January to 29 June 2024 and from 01 November to 21 December 2024. Gite pricing is set out below. The outside facilities of the pool, gardens, tennis court and studio/gym are shared with other guests in the gites.
La Grange - sleeps 6
The Grange has its own separate entrance & private terrace with a table and chairs for 6 people.
Large open kitchen, dining and seating area.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are on the same level as the living space. They each have an ensuite bath or shower room and one room can be configured as either a super-king or two single beds. The other has a king bed. Each bedroom has airconditioning.
The First Floor has a large mezzanine seating area.
Walkway to Bedroom 3 on the first floor with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
Shared facilities include a 13 x 7m swimming pool, a fully-equipped tennis court as well as our on-site gym/studio.
Duras - sleeps 4
Duras has its own separate entrance & private outside terrace with a table and chairs .
Large open kitchen, dining and seating area.
Half floor up Bedrooms 1 & 2 on the same level, each en-suite. One bedroom as a king bed and the other bedroom can be configured with either a super-king bed or twin single beds.
Shared facilities include a 13 x 7m swimming pool, a fully-equipped tennis court as well as our on-site gym/studio.
Mauzac - Sleeps 4
Exterior metal steps to private balcony with a table and chairs.
Open kitchen and living area.
2 double bedrooms each en-suite. 1 bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other can be configured with either a super-king bed or twin single beds.
Shared facilities include a 13 x 7m swimming pool, a fully-equipped tennis court as well as an on-site gym/studio.
Pricing and availability
From 1 November to 20 December and 2 January to 29 June each gite is available to rent for a minimum of 4 nights. Check-in day to suit. Prices include the shared use of the pool (May to September only and subject to weather), tennis court and on-site gym/studio.
Low Season: 1 November to 20 December 2023, 02 January - 31 May 2024, October, November & 01-20 December 2024
Mid Season: 31 May to 29 June 2024
The Gites not available for individual rental in July, August, September, October or for Christmas and New Year.
La Grange (3 ensuite bedrooms, sleeps 6): Low: 1200€/week or 172€/night Mid: 1370€/week or 197€/night
Duras (2 ensuite bedrooms, sleeps 4): Low: 840€/week or 122€/night Mid: 970€/week or 139€/night
Mauzac (2 ensuite bedrooms, sleeps 4): Low: 840€/week or 122€/night Mid: 970€/week or 139€/night
A deposit of 25% of the rental price plus a refundable security deposit of 500€ is required. Local tourist tax is payable in addition. The gites are classified as 4 star accommodation.
